Warranty

All jewelry from AFFINER has a two year warranty guaranteed to the original owner against defects in manufacturing and workmanship. All fine jewelry items need to always be handled with great care. If your item covered by this warranty fails due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair it without charge, or replace it, at our discretion. Only original, unaltered and unmodified items are covered by the warranty. The warranty does not cover lost diamonds, workmanship by a third party or any damages caused by accident, improper care, negligence, or normal wear and tear over extended time and use.

Even though our fine jewelry is meant for everyday wear, we advise you to not wear our items during exercising, showering, cleaning, swimming, sleeping, gardening or similar. Damages not covered under warranty may be repaired for a reasonable rate and a fee will be charged for return shipping.
